In response to the coronavirus pandemic, Kettaneh Group launched "Salute for a cause" Initiative, aiming to support medical frontliners, and help the medical sector by donating medical equipment to hospitals.

In order to engage the Lebanese society, spreading awareness & sense of responsibility, the initiative consisted in encouraging people to share their photos on social media saluting Doctors, Nurses, & Health workers.

For every picture shared, Kettaneh donated 5000 L.L. in terms of medical equipment.

By the end of the campaign, A total of 28,000$ was donated on behalf of everyone who participated;

An ultrasound unit worth $23,000 was donated to Rafik Hariri University Hospital.

100 Corona Tests, along with coveralls and surgical 3PLY masks, worth $5000 were donated to Baalbeck Governmental Hospital.

Ets F.A. Kettaneh S.A., in coordination with Steris, Gke, Warwick Sasco, Ahlstrom and Famos , organized a workshop about sterilization on Thursday April 27^th, 2018 at Lancaster Tamar  hotel, Hazmieh.

The workshop included presentations and demos from all companies, introducing to clients new technical aspects of the sterilization processes.

CSSD and infection control managers of most hospitals were invited, and 200 people from various healthcare institutions attended. It was a great success.

Ets. F.A. Kettaneh S.A. representing Amanngirrbach participated in the Scientific Congress and Exhibition 2017, held by the Antonine University at Palais des Congrès Dbayeh on May 5&6, 2017.

The latest Ceramill products were presented during the congress, and exciting background information were shared with the visitors.

As a pioneer in the sterilization field, Ets. F.A Kettaneh participated in a congress held by Hotel Dieu de France under the name "15ème congrès du Comité de Lutte contre les Infections Nosocomiales", representing companies like Steris, Amcor, GKE, Warwick Sasco, Sps Medical, AhIstrom, Famos, and In touch.

This event was an opportunity to meet with the infection controllers of all the hospitals in Lebanon to fight nosocomial infections.

Ets. F.A Kettaneh participated in the scientific day that took place at St. Joseph University on October 22nd, 2016, representing companies like Bioneer, Euroimmun, Seegene, and SNP.

During this day, lectures were given by the professors of the PTS department about latest studies in the molecular genetics, neonatal screening and cancer tumors treatment fields.
