City Kids 2010

F.A Kettaneh Pharma (s.a.r.l) has participated in City Kids 2010, the baby, kid & mother fair, at the Forum de Beirut from June 22nd till June 27th, 2010.

City kids included workshops, competitions, games and surprises for babies. It was also highlighted by a summer musical theater for “Mini Studio” team.

F.A Kettaneh pharma displayed her new baby collections from Evenflo, Hauck, Esprit, Disney and Icoo, in an animated atmosphere including music, a clown and face painting.

In spite of the market difficulties, Ets. F. A. Kettaneh, exclusive agent of AUDI, VW and SKODA in Lebanon, pursued its growth in 2009 by inaugurating two new showrooms on Charles Helou Avenue, one for SKODA and the other for pre-owned cars.

In this context, Ets. F. A.  Kettaneh’s car sales increased by 7% in 2009 while the total automotive market in Lebanon dropped by 2% and the European cars market by 3%. The company’s Auto After Sales turnover improved by 25% in 2009 compared to 2008.

Having broadened its business scope into the Medical, Pharmaceutical and Energy & Automation fields as well, the company witnessed a 50% increase in revenues in these sectors.

In 2009, Kettaneh’s non audited net income reached US$ 1 million and its net asset value US $30 Million.

Ets. F.A. Kettaneh intends to pursue its investment program in the coming two years, by expanding extensively its Auto After Sales facilities in order to provide its customers with utmost level of services.

Kettaneh assure their customers that neither of the two Brazilian manufactured Volkswagen models, Voyage and Nuovo Gol, whose mechanical problems have been expounded in the press communiqué dated February 12th, 2010, has been imported to Lebanon. Like all other VW models of German origin, the Brazilian models currently imported do not have any mechanical problems.

Kettaneh’s one-of-a-kind Festive Service Week

In line with Kettaneh’s drive to provide outstanding customer care and attention to all their clients a festive service week was held from December 7th till 13th 2009 for all Audi, VW, and Skoda customers, offering a free 15 point checkup, a free oil change under the supervision of German engineers.

Once the 15 point checkup sheet was handed over to the customers, they were offered a 25% discount on labor & parts.

During this event, ETS. F.A. Kettaneh displayed a VW Touareg tuned & equipped with ABT sports package, that Kettaneh newly acquired as a sole representative in Lebanon.

In addition, our partners had the chance to exhibit their products & services. Among them were Castrol lubricants, Yokohama tires, Berga and Varta batteries, Ziebart car care and Kunhadi Organization.

A selection of new Audi, VW and Skoda models were available for a Test-drive which gave the Kettaneh customers a first-hand experience on these models.

This festive service week had a huge success which demonstrated the commitment that Kettaneh is constantly aiming to provide excellence in the automotive industry and by being the reference in after sales.
