Duties & Responsibilities


- Provides support to users on deployed software applications and ensures the databases are accessible and can store the information.

- Participates in the analysis and design of new MIS modules and reports.

- Tests newly developed MIS modules and reports supplied by F.A. Kettaneh's MIS software vendor.

- Develops and participates in the implementation of MIS new modules and reports

Job Requirements

  • University degree with emphasis in computer science
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle Development. Oracle 10g is required
  • Reliable, efficient, hard worker, dynamic
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic. French is an asset
  • Excellent computer hardware and software knowledge

Ets. F.A. Kettaneh S.A. is looking to recruit a Workshop Service Advisor (Audi) for its Auto After Sales department Job Ref (S.A.A-011)

Duties & Responsibilities

- Arranges and follows up customers' appointments.

- Receives and defines customers' needs: determination of work involved and preparation of job order and parts needed as early as possible.

- Implements service core process according to Manufacturer's Standards

- Ensures recording of accurate customer data, vehicle data, diagnostic and repeat repairs.

- Advises the customer as to the type, time and cost of repair, recording and following up uncompleted work, and obtains customer's approval.

- Prepares binding estimates of costs.

- Handles all repetitive claim in coordination with Workshop Manager

- Ensures high quality of work by carrying out final verification of completion.

- Verifies invoices for correctness and explanation of individual items to the customer upon vehicle handover.

- Suggests mobility according to policies & procedures

- Prepares a list of operations needed that customers refused to repair.

- Accompanies customers at vehicle hand over and ensures that service book is stamped for next visit.

- Reports customer feedback, if any, to Customer Relations Officer.

- Performs tasks as per Direct Upper Line of authority's instructions within the scope of responsibilities.

Job Requirements

- 2 years of relevant technical experience in Auto After Sales workshops

- Computer literate,

- Technical knowledge of product

- Fluent in English & Arabic languages, French is an asset

- Organized, good communication skills & dynamic

(Job Ref BAP-AAS11) Division: Auto After Sales

 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Planning, directing and monitoring the Body & Paint department in the most suitable, effective and efficient way in order to meet the objectives set by management.
  • Coordinates all issues related to Insurance.
  • Ensures quality of body & paint work is according to Manufactures' standards.
  • Proposes estimate for repairs and reports to insurance.
  • Controls and approves purchases of body and paint tools, material and equipment; and verifies invoices before submittal to accountant.
  • Defines needs for special tools and welding equipment in coordination with the assistant
  • Ensures rapid, needs-oriented servicing and repair of customer's vehicles
  • Ensures high quality is delivered by the workshop (meeting completion deadlines, quality of work, billing)
  • Maintains business relations with workshop customers, where not serviced directly by the Service Manager.
  • Plans and defines efficient, rationalized customer contact procedures (vehicles reception, job orders creation, acceptance, invoicing, vehicle return)
  • Calculates Cost Benefit Analysis before engaging in activities in order to ensure a profitability (Costing by car)
  • Manages the Profitability of the workshop as per the target set by management (Engage income generating in activities, identify excess in expenses...)
  • Monitors work quality based on random checks.
  • Ensures that the workshop area is well-maintained, clean and tidy.
  • Continuously monitors the cost-effectiveness of workshop operations (work assignment, capacity utilization)
  • Manages, instructs and motivate staff in order to support the goal of becoming the best service provider based on committed, motivated and well qualified workshop staff.
  • Follows up on the implementation of the procedures and their requirements
  • Performs tasks as per Direct Upper Line of authority's instructions within the scope of responsibilities hereinabove stated.
  • Ensures that all operational statistics are monitored, analyzed, managed and reported at all times to the Service Manager and Management

Job requirements:

Knowledge: BS Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5 years experience in the technical field, paint and metal properties.

Competencies:

Division: Audi Service Center

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with Service Advisors in planning and distributing work load among technical staff
  • Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to Electrical Technicians and assists them in performing technical activities
  • Diagnoses technical problems and suggests solution to Service Advisors
  • Provides the details of the repair needed, including parts, to the Service Advisors 
  • Supervises & directs jobs and controls them through verification during and after completion.
  • Ensures fault-free work quality by verifying all electrical installations on vehicles bodies to a high level of quality, within agreed timescales.
  • Ensures workshop cleanliness 

Job requirements:

  • Knowledge: TDS Electronics / Electro-Mechanics
  • Experience: 4 plus years experience of automotive electrical diagnosis

Ets. F.A. Kettaneh S.A. is looking to recruit a Fleet Sales Executive for the Audi Division- Job Ref (F.S.E 01-12)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Visits prospective customers to stimulate interest in establishing and expanding vehicle purchase and payment programs.
  • Recommends to customers the type (and number, if a fleet) of vehicle needed to perform the job satisfactorily with minimal expense.
  • Responds to all "Requests for Proposals" and assists in giving information to customers regarding financing options for vehicles and submits formalities such as car quotations and simulations and calculates price discounts.
  • Prepares and sends contracts to the appropriate parties.
  • Negotiates and finalizes sales agreements and ensures timely payment of receivables
  • Assists the Auto Commercial Manager with development of Brand awareness for promoting a better understanding of the Fleet concept among the market.
  • Records any feedback of customers and reports to Auto commercial Manager.
  • Manages several sales and distribution channels (dealers' network).
  • Responsible for identifying innovative ways to increase sales and market share.
  • Keeps record of customer information for customer call reports.
  • Ensures proper documentation processes and legal transfer of the vehicles
  • All other reasonable duties as requested by the Immediate Supervisor.

Job Requirements

- Knowledge: Bachelors degree with a business orientation or an equivalent

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the field of Automotive sales management with proven track record in selling and negotiating an understanding of fleet sales processes and manufacturer requirements, along with striving to exceed all targets and fleet sales objectives.
