Ets. F.A. Kettaneh S.A. is looking to recruit a Workshop Service Advisor (Audi) for its Auto After Sales department Job Ref (S.A.A-011)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Arranges and follows up customers' appointments.
- Receives and defines customers' needs: determination of work involved and preparation of job order and parts needed as early as possible.
- Implements service core process according to Manufacturer's Standards
- Ensures recording of accurate customer data, vehicle data, diagnostic and repeat repairs.
- Advises the customer as to the type, time and cost of repair, recording and following up uncompleted work, and obtains customer's approval.
- Prepares binding estimates of costs.
- Handles all repetitive claim in coordination with Workshop Manager
- Ensures high quality of work by carrying out final verification of completion.
- Verifies invoices for correctness and explanation of individual items to the customer upon vehicle handover.
- Suggests mobility according to policies & procedures
- Prepares a list of operations needed that customers refused to repair.
- Accompanies customers at vehicle hand over and ensures that service book is stamped for next visit.
- Reports customer feedback, if any, to Customer Relations Officer.
- Performs tasks as per Direct Upper Line of authority's instructions within the scope of responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- 2 years of relevant technical experience in Auto After Sales workshops
- Computer literate,
- Technical knowledge of product
- Fluent in English & Arabic languages, French is an asset
- Organized, good communication skills & dynamic
- Flexible, creative , ethical and trustful
